General Policies
- Large quantity orders should contact us for information on quantity discounts and shipping policies.
- All orders must either be COD (cash on delivery) or prepaid by credit card or pre-approved check.
- We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Master Card, Discover, AMEX.
- Orders of $99 or more receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping only. This does not include furniture or items that state "shipping not included." Please ask for shipping quote on these types of orders.
- Rush shipment (next day, 2nd day or 3 day select) charges will be added to your order minus what normal UPS Ground charges would be.
- Orders placed before 2pm PST will be processed that day. This does not include custom orders.
- If any of the items you receive are damaged notify both the shipping company and us immediately.
Return Policy
- Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed. We strive to deliver the highest quality products in a timely fashion to keep our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call us directly. We will do everything in our power to resolve the situation.
- Please do not send anything back to us without calling first.
- Return shipping is your responsibility. All returns must be sent in the original packaging.
- Credit for authorized returns will be issued minus original shipping cost.
- Refunds or exchanges will be given within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
- Returns must be in marketable condition for return credit.
- Some return items are subject to a restocking charge.
- No returns on Nail Polishes.
- We do not accept returns on custom items such as: signs, acrylic lights, banners, custom polish, furniture, etc.
Freight Policy
- All shipped products are inspected prior to shipping. To protect you, we suggest that you examine all deliveries prior to accepting them.
- If there are damaged items, they should be noted on the freight bill and a claim filed immediately with the carrier.
- We can assist you in filing a claim, however, our responsibility ceases once the shipment is accepted by the freight carrier.
- It is you responsibility, not the carriers, to bring your shipment into your business. There are extra charges if you would like inside delivery. Please notify us if you require inside delivery when placing your order.
Warranty Policy
- After 30 days from purchase, if equipment under warranty is defective, please call us. We will give you the manufacturer's repair information or other information on repairing your equipment.
